I use a psychodynamic approach in my work as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

This approach is to do with the psychological forces that underlie human behaviour, feelings and emotions and how they might relate to early experience. A Psychodynamic approach to therapy involves the dynamic relation between conscious motivation and unconscious motivation.

Psychodynamic Therapy can help people to get to know themselves better, improve their relationships, resolve past issues and get more out of life. It can be especially useful in helping people with long term or recurrent problems to get to the root of their difficulties.
